There are not many options to choose their own home in the current residential market for the MZ generations who love fashion, culture, and hobbies. The Current page restructures the architecture in an outdated area in Seoul where the rent is relatively low. It is a small rental housing brand that can satisfy the living design needs and diversity of the MZ generation. We conducted the branding, space design, and furniture design of Current page.

Current Page The third branch remodeled a studio apartment in Sillim-dong. It preserved traces of the past and blended a modern approach at a reasonable cost. The entrance's architectural structure, casing, and window frame consisted of green, the branch's main color.


개방형 세면대를 만들어 거실과 욕실의 경계를 모호하게 만들려고 했습니다. 거주자의 상황에 따라 화장대나 다른 용도로 사용할 수 있도록 하기 위해서 말이죠.


As the residential space is compact, the boundary between living areas and functional areas such as kitchens and bathrooms is indistinct. Each function not only works as its functions but also interacts with each other to create various stories. For instance, an open washbasin can be used as a dressing table or a simple table according to individual situations.



The residential space is designed to focus on individuality and expandability so that each person can express their personality. To give an open feeling and allow residents to style willingly the space by choosing their furniture, we removed the built-in cabinets, which can be commonly seen in a single-person household, and constructed a structure with low cabinets to hang objects. In addition, by revealing some of the concrete sealing to raise the height or giving yellow color points to the architectural structure, a rich ambiance is created.




By creating an open washbasin, we intended to blur the line between the living space and the bathroom. This is to use the washbasin in the living space and allow the residents to use it as a dressing table or for other purposes according to the situation.
